In order to process and complete any orders placed through the site, which includes arranging shipping, processing your payment information and providing you with invoices/confirmation of your order, we will need to use your order information. We use the device information that we collect, including your IP address, to help us screen for potential risk/fraud. Security of your personal data
We will use strict procedures and security features in relation to your data once we have received your personal information. High grade encryption enabled to us by Shopify, is used when transmitting your personal data, which you provide through the site across the internet. It is important to remember, that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Whilst we will always do our best to protect your Personal Information, we can’t guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the site and any transmission is at your own risk. We do not collect any of the following information from our customers; information relating to health conditions, personal beliefs (religious/philosophical) political opinions, union memberships, sexuality, racial or ethnic origin.
Objecting to Direct Marketing
You will always be able to withdraw your consent if we rely on this. However, please note that we may have other legal grounds for processing your data, such as for the purposes outlined above. In the case of any email communications, please allow us up to 3 working days for your email address to be removed from our list.
You have a right to access information we hold about you personally, if you are a European resident. If you place an order through our site, we will store your order information for our records, unless and only if you ask us, this information can then be deleted.
